Facilities / Services

Digital Futures (DF) is a 180,000-square-foot interdisciplinary research facility, located in the Cincinnati Innovation District. DF is strategically located so that faculty and students can work in close partnership with government, industry, and community partners on impactful R&D and UC’s 1819 Innovation Hub, also located in Cincinnati’s Innovation District, to accelerate and commercialize ideas as well as start-up and spin-off new businesses.

A unique and thriving ecosystem, The Cincinnati Innovation District® is powered by the University of Cincinnati, a Carnegie Level 1 research institution, and Cincinnati Children’s hospital, a nationally ranked pediatric and research institution

The Building

> The Digital Futures Zone expands the reach of DF research through creative, innovative techniques and digital platforms. The 2,000+ sq. ft. lobby of Digital Futures is open to all looking to learn more about the significance of our research.
