We work with community partners to provide opportunities and educational experiences for individuals to enter into STEM fields.  Our research-based lab investigates some structural obstacles that have traditionally created barriers for marginalized groups to succeed in STEM spaces. Our team utilizes community-based participatory research as well as qualitative and create solutions for our stakeholders. We provide interactive programming and activities to improve STEM efficacy while partnering with labs to translate their research learning modules to support the community in understanding innovative and next generation concepts.
