The Gaskins Foundation collaborates with community partners to provide opportunities and educational experiences that help individuals enter STEM fields. Our research-based lab investigates structural obstacles that have historically created barriers for marginalized groups in STEM. Utilizing community-based participatory research and qualitative methods, our team develops solutions for our stakeholders. We offer interactive programming and activities to improve STEM efficacy and work with labs to translate their research into learning modules that support the community in understanding innovative and next-generation concepts.
