The NPLI Nonprofit Leadership Initiative teaches UC faculty how to have real-world impact through NPLI board service. Upon completion of the program, faculty are matched to NPLI Boards and wearing their UC hat, faculty serve on NPLI Executive Boards in our community and region to help them have greater impact and improve people’s lives.
